A video on the science of cycling was also produced and played in the marquee.
In addition to all the activities, the natural energy theme was extended to our catering selections, we had organic smoothies by Smooth Revolution, vegie burgers by Veggie Velo and organic popsicles by Mama Rosa’s popsicles. Santos Celebrates 60 Years
Keito Events worked with Traffic Creative and Michels Warren to develop a foyer display in the Adelaide office to commemorate 60 years of Santos.
Staff left on Monday evening and returned on Tuesday morning to see the foyer totally transformed with commemorative hanging banners, a chalk display (that subsequently changed weekly to represent each decade over six weeks) and an illuminated 60 years anniversary structure.
The foyer transformation was captured by time-lapse photography and turned into a short video and the evolving chalk wall was used for staff photos during the first week.
In addition to project managing the foyer display, Keito Events arranged for hundreds of “Santos 60 years” cupcakes to be delivered to staff in various offices across Australia to celebrate the occasion.
