VALE/DRK Launch for McLaren Vale Beer Company
With a new product to launch and a new McLaren Vale brewing location to showcase, Keito Events was asked by McLaren Vale Beer Company (MVBC) to stage the launch of VALE/DRK. The brief was simple: provide VIPs with a high-quality, edgy event that will leave behind a lasting impression.
The event was all about building rapport with existing and new brand ambassadors, with the event giving guests the opportunity to meet the team behind the beer and the brand and familiarise themselves with the product.
Keito Events created a unique concept for the conversion of the MVBC brewing shed into a stylish and warmly lit venue, complete with product displays, a DJ and a bike giveaway. Guests were bused to the secret party location and enjoyed the opportunity to be photographed with the MVBC girls. A QR code was also available for scanning to connect with MVBC on Facebook and for the chance to win prizes.
Most importantly, the event achieved a wow factor and helped MVBC to build valuable relationships and brand awareness, all within budget. MVBC was extremely pleased with the final outcome and noted their guests were “full of praise” with Sarah Maleki and the MVBC Management Team writing:
“We were extremely pleased with the final outcome and our guests further endorsed this after the event. Having to organize the event with a few contacts across two different states proved not to be a hindrance given your finessed communication and organisation skills. Your team managed to pull all the information and requests together to ensure that nothing was missed on the night”

Neil Perry Launch of Sustainable Prawns
Keito Events was very pleased to officially launch the first Certified Sustainable Spencer Gulf King Prawns on the bank of the Torrens for 100 VIP guests.
The launch involved Neil Perry catching the first certified sustainable prawn and then cooking it on the BBQ, with the 100 seated guests then enjoying the BBQ’d prawns and gourmet salads, matched with local Oliver’s Taranga wines.
The PR for the launch, managed by Kooki, was a huge success with the event attended by a long list of high profile food media and fantastic coverage achieved.
Following the launch, Kooki Director Amanda-Jane Pritchard wrote:

Heart Foundation 2011 Paint The Town Red Gala Ball
For the first time, Keito Events were given the task of ensuring the Heart Foundation SA’s annual Paint the Town Red Ball at the Hilton Hotel was a night to remember.
Hosted by the effervescent Mikey Robins, almost 350 guests indulged in the Hilton’s award-winning fare, accompanied by premium wines and first class entertainment. The ballroom was beautifully lit with a soft glow of red set against a stunning backdrop of white, with a live pianist completing the ambiance on arrival.
The highlight of the night was the performance by “The Three Waiters”. The tenor trio received a resounding applause at the end of their act and guests waved their napkins with gusto to ensure an encore performance.
Keito Events event managed all of the event elements, including overall project management, venue management, MC scripting, design, AV, stage management and entertainment to ensure the event was refreshed, energized and memorable. We also used our contacts to help garner highly sought after silent and live auction items, as well as in-kind support from suppliers, and worked with Bernard Booth to ensure a successful live auction.
The Heart Foundation was thrilled with the outcome of the event and feedback about the entertainment and the evening overall has been extremely positive.

AIB Alumni Event at Haighs Chocolate Factory
On the eve of the annual graduation for Australian Institute of Business (AIB), Keito Events event managed a cocktail party for past and current students, faculty and friends of AIB at the Haighs chocolate factory.
Guests were not only treated to South Australia’s best chocolate but they were also given an insightful presentation from Alistair Haigh about the growth and success of Haighs.
The unique venue, exceptional catering and valuable networking opportunities provided a memorable occasion for the 100 guests and AIB were very happy with the relationship-building and PR outcomes of the event.

AIB Annual 2011 Graduation
Keito Events has been working with AIB to stage this annual event for the past four years at the Adelaide Town Hall, ensuring academic protocols are adhered to and the ceremony is a positive reflection of the business school and a valuable PR and relationship building opportunity.
We manage all elements of the graduation, including student and academic briefings, running sheet development, Guest of Honour involvement, venue and catering management, signage, room decor and musicians for during and after the ceremony.
AIB was once again very pleased with the graduation event staged for its 2011 graduates – so much so that Keito Events is already hard at work on the 2012 graduation as well as a number of alumni events for this year.
