This Too Shall Pass: A COVID-19 Update
Dear clients, followers and friends of Keito Events,
It’s been a challenging week in the Keito office, with some big events being cancelled and others being postponed until further notice. It’s an unfortunate change to what we thought was going to be an incredibly busy and exciting few months, but we completely understand and support the decisions of our clients who have decided not to go ahead with plans. Above all the health and wellbeing of all those who attend our events must take top priority and we will be paying close attention to the advice being issued by WHO and the Australian Department of Health over the coming weeks.
To other SA businesses in the events industry, our suppliers and friends, we’re sending you well wishes and strength for the next few months and hope you’re still able to bring a bit of your magic to the local community in these uncertain times. Please know that we will support you where possible and, even if all you want to do is chat, we’re here to listen.
Thank you to everyone who’s dropped us a thoughtful note or passed on some kind words. We have our fingers crossed that this too shall pass and we’ll be back on board for a busy and fun second half of the year! We’ll be using this time to catch up on admin, continue with the coordination of small and digital events and activations, plan for the months ahead and reflect on the year so far.
If you can, support small business where possible, especially in the events, tourism, entertainment and hospitality industry. Remember to stay safe, stay sensible and keep an eye on your friends, neighbours, and colleagues. Now is a good time to be asking people #ruok and make sure you check in with yourself, too.
Lots of love,
Beth, and the Keito Team ???
