Bastille Day at the Markets 2022
The Keito team was engaged by the Adelaide Central Market to assist in the planning process of their Bastille Day activations in July 2022. A three-day long celebration of all things French.
The team worked closely with the Adelaide Central Market to engage and manage a variety of suppliers and logistical elements for the event.

Supplier/program coordination
// The Keito team engaged an array of suppliers including live entertainment such as Mary Antoinette characters, cancan dancers, accordionists, and bands to play French music for the full three days of the event.
// We also worked with a selection of the Adelaide Central Market stall holders, to bring together free cheese tasting experiences, kids’ cookie decorating activities and wine tastings.
// The team conducted the supplier briefs and programs to ensure that each supplier was prepared to go onsite and had all relevant materials to make the bump in process seamless.
Project Planning
// The Keito team constructed a detailed run sheet with each aspect of the event clearly outlined and accounted for.
// We created three detailed site plans for each day of the event, including the positioning of each supplier throughout the event.
// We conducted regular planning meetings with the Adelaide Central Market team to ensure that each deadline was met.
Onsite Event Management
// The Keito team were onsite to oversee busy periods of the activation, making sure the various concurrent activities were running smoothly
