International Sales Conference Bali 2022

In October, the Keito team had the incredible opportunity to head to Bali, Indonesia for a corporate sales conference. The four-day conference took place in the stunning Grand Hyatt Hotel in Nusa Dua.

For this project, we took the lead on all things guest experience. Upon arrival the guests received leis and branded coconuts, a branded welcome package in their room including all the things you could need in Bali, mozzie spray and sunscreen to name a few. We coordinated two private conference dinners, including an awards night on the final night. With a short lead time and limited knowledge of the area, venue, and suppliers, we put our skills to the test! We worked with local vendors and event planners to help source the best suppliers we could for the event.

While we were onsite, we managed the venue, registration, other suppliers and prepared for the social functions during the day. We held a beach dinner, which due to the unpredictable Bali weather, was unfortunately moved indoors. We kept with the theme, bringing a beach barbeque inside. The guests were joined by a Balinese sand artist, acoustic trio, and authentic food for the duration of the evening.

On the final night of the event, we held the gala awards dinner, where guests dressed to impress for their final night on the island. This evening was a night to celebrate the guests’ accomplishments for the year. We worked on producing the awards night and worked closely with the AV team in Bali to ensure everything ran smoothly. We were joined by Balinese fire dancers, and we even converted one of the conference rooms to a club for the evening with a DJ, dance floor and disco lights where they partied the night away.

We couldn’t be happier with the success of the event, and we hope to have the opportunity to travel, and challenge ourselves with international events in the future, as it was such a valuable experience for the team.
